Central cooling system
With central cooling, 1 chiller sends cooling to multiple consumers throughout the production.

Higher efficiency when a similar temperature is required throughout production.
Contains high-quality screw compensators that last longer.
Decentralized cooling system
Decentralized cooling has multiple chillers that cool separate consumers separately.

Advantages
Multiple temperature set points possible
Less frequent maintenance required compared to central cooling
The regulation and controls can be simplified.
Cooling is tailored to each specific part of production
The system can later be moved and used for other cooling purposes
