Pre-assembled groups of up to four pumps

  • Full range: from 30 to 800 m3/hour (130 to 3,500 gpm).

  • Electrical wiring complete with protection.

  • Digital temperature and pressure sensors.

  • Discharge control and suction and discharge valves.

  • Stainless steel manifolds.

Automatic pump groups

  • Fully automatic operation.

  • Total modularity: mechanical, electrical and hydraulic.

  • High energy efficiency with optional inverter.

  • Plug & play concept for easy installation.

Circulation pump groups

Modular pump groups for recirculation up to 4 pumps.

  • Pre-assembled and factory tested.

  • Designed for flexibility and modulation, for possible later expansions.

  • Modulates the flow of recirculation water for cooling systems and/or evaporative cooling stations

They are digitally controlled by the remote control (3PR) which automatically activates the pump capacity necessary to maintain flow conditions in relation to the installed cooling capacity.

Pumping station: what is it and how does it work?

WHAT IS A PUMP STATION?

Modular and automated pumping systems

There are 2 types of pump groups:

  1. Recirculation pumps: to continuously recirculate the water in the cooling system to ensure a constant flow rate, resulting in the highest operating efficiency.

  2. Process pumps: to supply chilled water to the different processes, at the required conditions complete with automatic filter systems.

Pre-assembled groups usually consist of:

  • Two or more pumps, with or without inverter.

  • Suction and discharge distribution pipes that allow capacity to be expanded by adding additional pumps.

  • Accessories and valves.

  • A pump control system with automatic flow and pressure control

HOW DO PUMP STATIONS WORK?

By supplying flow rate and pressures appropriate for the process requirements

  • The pump systems guarantee the set pressure stability, whereby the pump capacity can be adjusted from 0 to 100%.

  • Each pump is an independent unit, so it can be repaired or replaced without stopping the entire system.

  • The filter systems, also automatic, are equipped with electronic pressure drop monitoring.

Required for proper functioning of a cooling system:

  • Design, dimensioning and installation of pumping stations.

  • Storage tanks.

  • Filter systems.

Pre-developed systems, assembled and tested in the factory, are the ideal solution to simplify and accelerate system installation and commissioning.

Moreover, this makes these systems modular, with a view to future expansions.
